Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy children in the health care department of the Affiliated Children's Hospital of Capital Institute of Pediatrics and children under 5 years old who were treated for inguinal hernia and hydrocele but without other diseases were collected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with underlying diseases and respiratory tract infections
