22 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Invasive breast cancer, Ductal Carcinoma In Situ, Breast Related Cancer antigens mutation carriers; 2. Aged 18 Years and older; 3. Candidates to nipple-sparing mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction; 4. Negative preoperative assessment of nipple-areola complex; 5. Absence of skin involvement; 6. Breast volume 20 cigarettes/day); 8. Low and intermediate risk for anesthesia (ASA Scale); 9. Written informed consent must be signed and dated by the patient and the investigator prior to inclusion; 10. Patients must be accessible for follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous thoracic radiation therapy for any reason; 2. Inflammatory Breast Cancer; 3. Skin involvement; 4. Pre-operative diagnosis (radiological or pathological) of nipple-areola complex disease; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Patients with psychiatric, addictive, or any disorder, which compromises ability to give informed consent for participation in this study; 7. High risk for anesthesia.
