Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing elective surgery; 2) No extrahepatic metastasis of liver cancer was found in preoperative imaging; 3) Adult men or women aged more than 18; 4) Child Pugh grade A and B of liver function; 5) Signed relevant informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hepatectomy with removal of other organs other than gallbladder; 2) Serious organic lesions of heart, lung, kidney and other important organs.
