Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the hip joint and necrosis of the femoral head with unilateral initial artificial THA indication; (2) Aged >=18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) DDH secondary osteoarthritis (Crowe type 3 or 4), femoral head necrosis; (2) History of thromboembolic disease (i.e., deep vein thrombosis (DVT), or pulmonary embolism (PE)), thrombotic disease, recent arterial thromboembolic events (such as myocardial infarction or stroke), hypercoagulant status, hemophilia; (3) serious cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; Kidney and liver failure, history of kidney transplantation; (4) refuse to participate in or refuse to accept blood products.The patient had a history of bilateral hip replacement.
