45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 45-80 years old; 2. Health volunteer or the first diagnosis is cerebrovascular disease (cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction); 3. There were no signs of cognitive impairment before stroke; 4. Specialist assessment indicates normal/mild to moderate cognitive impairment; 5. Subjects voluntarily participate in the project and sign the informed consent and complete the CRF; 6. Additional notes: try to screen patients with disease duration <= 1 year;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementias, such as lewy body dementia, Pick disease and other causes of cognitive impairment; 2. Unstable vital signs, combined with serious chronic diseases; 3. With contraindications of fundus photography, fundus photography cannot be completed.
