Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical manifestations and signs: dyspnea, chest pain, hemoptysis, syncope and even shock, unilateral or bilateral asymmetric lower limb swelling and pain; 2. D-dimer: d-dimer was increased.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent pulmonary embolism;Pulmonary embolism lasted for more than 14 days.Anticoagulant therapy within 24 hours or longer before evaluation;Pregnancy;Iodine contrast agent allergy;Renal insufficiency (eGFR<30ml/ (min*1.73m2)) and other CTPA contraindications or conditions that the researchers determined should be excluded.
