Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In the screening phase of the study, 210 patients with symptoms of AVHs (6 groups, 35 patients/group) and 35 matched normal controls were enrolled. In the validation phase, 120 patients (20 patients per disease) were enrolled. . The specific entry criteria are as follows: 1. 6 patients with symptoms of AVHs Inclusion criteria and processes are: First, use the most stringent criteria proposed by Professor Jones: "Did you at any time hear voices saying quite a few words or sentences when there was no one around that might account for it" (Johns et al. Schizophr Bull. 2014.), to determine whether the patient has AVHs, only the AVHs individuals who meet the above diagnostic criteria are further diagnosed in the second step. The classification of mental disorders was performed using the DSM-IV-TR Structural Interview (SCID), which met the DSM-IV-TR diagnostic criteria for the above five types of mental disorders. For healthy individuals with AVHs, it is defined as: in accordance with Professor Jones's diagnostic criteria (Johns et al. Schizophr Bull. 2014.), but does not have other psychotic symptoms (other psychotic symptoms are determined according to SCID interview, DSM-IV-TR criteria) ). Other inclusion criteria include: Han nationality, right hand, age 18 to 40 years old, not taking any antipsychotic medication or systemic medication for less than 14 days, and have not received other treatments specifically for AVHs symptoms (eg rTMS), tDCS, MECT and systemic psychotherapy), or although receiving other treatments but the treatment time did not exceed 14 days, the patient and his family agreed to participate in the study. 2. normal control group Entry criteria: Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent; Han nationality; right hand; age 18 to 40 years old; evaluation by SCID-I/P, no mental disorder of DSM-IV-TR; no relationship between two generations of three generations of relatives Mental disorders or hereditary nervous system disorders; gender, age, and education are matched to the patient group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. 6 groups of patients with symptoms of AVHs: Other mental disorders other than the above five types of mental disorders, history of major physical illness or craniocerebral trauma, history of epilepsy or other causes of coma more than 5 minutes, pregnant or lactating women. 2. normal control group: Brain organic disease or other clinically significant physical illness; history of head trauma, loss of consciousness for more than 30 minutes; alcohol or other substance dependence or abuse; participation in other drug clinical trials within 30 days; baseline/screening laboratory tests Abnormal results (except for liver and kidney function, laboratory test results > 1.5 times normal).
