Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diameter of head and neck tumor is more than one centimeter; 2) The pathology was clear and the histological type was diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with no preoperative CT/MRI images or image quality do not meet the standards; 2. Diffuse tumor of head and neck.
