Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) meet the diagnostic criteria of ADA for diabetes; 2) meet the diagnostic criteria of ADA for peripheral neuropathy in diabetes: diabetes patient distal limb symmetry multiple neuropathy symptoms (such as limbs or double lower limbs paresthesia, sensory irritation, including pain, numbness, ant line feeling, burning sensation, etc.) and symptoms (such as temperature, pressure, pain or vibration sense of loss, tendon hyporeflexia) or neural electrophysiological examination prompt nerve conduction dysfunction; 3) aged 18-75 years; 4) the family members of the patient participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with other neuropathic diseases, such as cervical and lumbar diseases (nerve root compression, spinal stenosis and cervical and lumbar degenerative diseases);Stroke;Guillain-barre syndrome;Severe arteriovenous vascular diseases (venous embolism, lymphangitis); 2) type 1 diabetes; 3) Diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperglycemia hyperosmotic state and severe infection; 4) patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency or mental illness; 5) severe gastrointestinal diseases or gastrointestinal surgery history; 6) I have used DPP IV inhibitors or glp-1 similar drugs in the last month; 7) lactating and pregnant women.
