Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No special history and positive results were found in the patients who underwent selective cleft palate operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious liver and kidney dysfunction, congenital heart disease, severe upper respiratory tract infection and severe malnutrition were excluded.
