Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy control group (HC group): people over 18 years old and under 70 years old with healthy physical examination; 2. Graves' disease group (GD group): the age was over 18 years old and less than 70 years old. The thyroid function was in line with: free triiodine-methylamine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4), TRAb higher than the normal high limit, and thyrotropin (TSH) lower than the normal low limit. No anti-armour treatment for 6 months.Except GO patients; 3. Thyroid related ophthalmopathy group (GO group): aged over 18 years old, younger than 70 years old, without hormone treatment, meeting the diagnostic criteria of Bartly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from intestinal diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.; 2. Suffering from ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases; 3. Diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure; 4. Have a malignant tumor; 5. Suffering from mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, depression, autism, etc.; 6. Used glucocorticoid or immunosuppressant within 6 months; 7. Antibiotics in the last 1 month; 8. Pregnancy or lactation; 9. Had a history of gastrointestinal surgery or other types of surgery for nearly half a year.
