Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 3 of the family have colorectal cancer or related cancers; 2. One of the patients is a first-degree relative of the other 2; 3. At least 2 consecutive generations affected; 4. At least 1 of them should be diagnosed with colorectal cancer before the age of 50; 5. Tumors should be confirmed by pathology; 6. Colorectal cancer patients and their first-degree relatives in the family that meet the above criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant woman; 2. Has received allogeneic blood transfusion, transplant surgery, and allogeneic cell therapy within one month; 3. Uncontrolled abnormal coagulation function: international normalized ratio (INR) > 2 or platelet count < 75000/uL; 4. Uncontrolled angina and / or myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, lung (respiratory failure), kidney, pancreas, liver disease or other diseases in the first 3 months before enrollment were judged as being unable to participate in the study; 5. People with severe mental retardation or language communication difficulties; 6. Refused to accept the research.
