Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All ages and genders; 2. With Crohn's disease admitted to Nanfang Hospital from October 2018 to December 2018; 3. Diagnosed of refractory CD or CD anal fistula.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Unable to tolerate colonoscopy; 3. Defecation disorders; 4. With serious bleeding tendency; 5. With serious mental retardation or communication disorder; 6. Reject this research.
