Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastric cancer was diagnosed by pathological biopsy; 2. Surgical resection is proposed; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 4. There was no history of other malignant tumor and no serious basic disease; 5. There are no restrictions on gender and race; 6. Informed consent of patients or their entrusted agents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative chemotherapy; 2. The patient has other serious complications and can't tolerate the operation, such as serious cardiopulmonary disease, cardiac function below clinical grade 2, pulmonary infection, moderate and severe COPD, chronic bronchitis, severe diabetes mellitus and / or renal insufficiency, severe hepatitis and / or child Pugh grade C, or grade B with symptoms that are difficult to correct, severe malnutrition, etc; 3. Emergency operation is needed due to tumor obstruction, perforation and acute hemorrhage; 4. Only exploration, short circuit or ostomy were performed; 5. The patient has serious mental illness; 6. After signing the consent, the patient and the agent request to withdraw from the clinical study.
