Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with congenital microtia, general anesthesia, tracheal intubation, elective unilateral external ear reconstruction, 100 cases aged 4 to 12 years old, ASA I or II. The family members of the children were aware of the purpose of the trial and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients with speech and hearing impairment, epilepsy, obesity, sleep apnea syndrome, sleep disorders, sedative medication, exclusion of other systemic diseases, history of hypertension, ECG abnormalities, upper respiratory tract foreign bodies, tumors, polyps, Abscesses and children with upper respiratory tract infections for nearly 2 weeks.
