Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Vascular dementia patient inclusion criteria: 1. The age of 50-80 years old; 2. The American psychiatric association diagnosis standard DSM - ? about MID diagnostic criteria; 3. Based on the simple scale (MMSE) score between 10 and 24 points, according to the table dementia rating (CDR) were divided into mild dementia group (0.5 1), moderate dementia (2 points), severe dementia group (3 points); 4. According to the clinical history, and recurrent stroke have neurological symptoms and signs, the ladder sample progression, CT or MRI confirmed intracranial multiple infarcts. Normal elderly group: 1. The age is between 50-80 years old; 2. Have normal intelligence.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious heart, liver, kidney, endocrine diseases as exclusion criteria; 2. Normal elderly group has no brain damage, spirit and history of nervous system diseases.
