Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with ASA physical status III undergoing elective thoracoscopic general anesthesia, aged 18 to 64 years, 18kg/m2<average body mass index (BMI)<24kg/m2, including lung wedge, lung lobe and lung cancer radical surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients had history of chest surgery, history of cardiovascular disease or chronic respiratory disease, noliver, kidney or blood system dysfunction, history of mental illness.
