Inclusion criteria

Adults 18 years of age and older; 2. no obvious lower digestive tract discomfort, but older than 40 years old, is a colonoscopy screening for people at high risk of intestinal diseases; 3. lower gastrointestinal symptoms such as long-term diarrhea, abdominal pain, blood in the stool, etc., and highly suspected colon disease ( Such as intestinal polyps, ulcers, colorectal cancer, lower gastrointestinal bleeding, etc., the first colonoscopy is planned; 4. patients with focal colonic lesions are known, such as intestinal polyps after treatment, ulcerative colitis after treatment. 5. Volunteer to participate and cooperate with the doctor to complete the inspection process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart disease such as severe heart rhythm disorder, active myocardial infarction, severe heart failure; 2. severe lung disease, asthma, respiratory failure can not be supine; 3. acute severe throat disease, corrosive esophagitis; 4. confirmed or suspected digestion Obstruction; 5. acute phase of perforation of the esophagus, stomach, duodenum; active gastrointestinal bleeding; 6. those who have undergone abdominal surgery; 7. those with pacemakers or other medical instruments in their bodies; 8. women during pregnancy and lactation; 9. highly spinal deformity; obvious abdominal aortic aneurysm; 10. stroke patients; mental disorders or inability to cooperate.
