Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged from 18 to 39 years; (2) Refractive state basic stabilization time >= 2 years (the annual myopic diopter increase does not exceed 0.50 D); (3) Soft contact lens is worn for more than 1 week; RGP is stopped for more than 3 weeks; Orthokeratology is worn for 1-3 months. (4) Myopia degree = 1.0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Systemic connective tissue disease and autoimmune system disease; (2) Keratoconus and subclinical keratoconus; (3) Eye or eye appendage Active inflammation, infection; (4) Severe ocular surface diseases including dry eye syndrome, corneal endothelial malnutrition.
