study group 1:90 mg progesterone vaginal gel plus 10mg dydrogesterone BID (20mg)

study group 2:90 mg progesterone vaginal gel plus 20mg dydrogesterone BID (40mg)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with aged <= 40 years; <=2 ET cycle; hormone-replacement cycle for frozen-thawed embryo transfer; single embryo transfer with day 5 blastosphere; The blastocyst score was BB or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Endometriosis (stage II or above), uterine malformation, thyroid disease, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, repeated implantation failure, intrauterine adhesion, unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.
