Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the age is 18-75 years old. 2. patients with peripheral lung cancer (clinical stage I-IIIA); 3. without neoadjuvant therapy, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment before operation; 4. preoperative examination and evaluation should be carried out according to NCCN guidelines to make sure that patients' cardiopulmonary function can tolerate the operation and exclude distant metastasis and serious basic diseases; 5. general status score: PS score < 3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. distant metastasis or lymph node metastasis; 2. neoadjuvant therapy before operation; 3. there were serious basic diseases, such as serious hypertension, diabetes, neurological and mental system diseases, which could not be operated; 4. those who lost the interview or voluntarily quit the study; 5. the patient was forced to switch to thoracotomy due to uncontrollable bleeding, adhesions or other accidents during the operation.
