30 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III grade; 2. Aged 30-64 years; 3. General anesthesia, oral intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anaphylaxis to propofol, etomidate or other drugs used in this study; 2. Patients with respiratory system infection, asthma and other lung diseases; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with moderate and severe carotid artery stenosis; 5. Severe sinus bradycardia (HR <50 beats/ min) and second degree atrioventricular block.
