Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >= 18 years; 2. elective cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the pregnant; 2. the patient will do the secondary cardiac surgery; 3. the patient will do cardiac surgery and non-cardiac surgery at the same time; 4. have the disorder of comprehension and unable to coordinate to follow up. 5. perform the deep hypothermic circulatory arrest during operation
