18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 ~75 years; (2) Meet the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes; (3) Diabetic retinopathy with microalbuminuria (ACR 30~300mg/ g, UAE 30~300mg/24h); Or ACR> 300mg/g, UAE> 300mg/24h, with or without retinopathy; Or eGFR<60ml/min with or without retinopathy, excluding primary glomerular disease and other secondary renal diseases; (4) Complete clinical and laboratory data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other kidney diseases; (2) Receiving blood purification treatment; (3) Being treated with glucocorticoid or other immunosuppressive agents; (4) Combined with urinary tract infection or other diseases that interfere with the results of urine sediment examination.
