18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For pulmonary hypertension patients: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. diagnosed of Pulmonary artery hypertension by right heart catheter:mean pulmonary pressure >=25mmHg,pulmonary capillary wedge pressure or end diastolic pressure of left ventrical3 wood; 3. have no liver and renal dysfunction. For healthy control: 1. No structral heart disease and increased pulmonary pressure measured by echocardiography; 2. have no liver and renal dysfunction;3)No history diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For pulmonary hypertension patients: 1. Combined with other heart diseases; 2. Severe dyslipidemia; 3. Liver and renal dysfunction; 4. Combined with other chronic or acute diseases; 5. Take anti-dyslipidemia drugs.
