Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as unilateral simple knee osteoarthritis, 2. Between 50-75 years old; 3. After examination by a physician, the lateral femoral muscle is found to be a pathological tight muscle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious joint deformity, abnormal limb line, and abnormal ligament injury around the knee; 2. Long-term use of hormones, combined with tumors or systemic metabolic diseases; 3. Refusal to cooperate, including failFusure to adhere to treatment, examination, follow-up or gave himself other treatments; 4. Suspected of a systemic or local infection; 5. There are diseases such as coagulopathy, infection, and other skin lesions such as large area rashes and skin lesions in the lower limbs. 6. The condition is critical and may be exacerbated by the inclusion of observations that may exacerbate the condition or other medical ills.
