Gold Standard:The ISGLS definition that drain fluid bilirubin concentration at least three times higher than the serum bilirubin level measured at the same time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who underwent surgery because of liver, biliary tract, and gallbladder disease and who was placed drainage tube after operation; 2. Patient undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy also was included. 3. Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patient who was allergic to iodine and those who was placed drainage tube for less than 5 days.
