Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of GDM group: (1) informed consent; (2) in accordance with the relevant diagnostic criteria of GDM; (3) natural pregnancy, singleton and spontaneous delivery; (4) the age of pregnant women was between 22 and 35 years old. The inclusion criteria of healthy pregnant women : (1) informed consent; (2) exclusion of GDM; (3) natural pregnancy, singleton and spontaneous delivery; (4) the age of pregnant women was between 22 and 35 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) GDM group: pregnant women had serious underlying diseases or pregnancy complications other than GDM, while healthy pregnant women had serious underlying diseases or various pregnancy complications including GDM. (2) gestational weeks 42 weeks at delivery; (3) refusing postpartum lactation; (4) refusing to follow up; (5) adverse reproductive history and assisted reproductive technology pregnancy; (6) severely malformed newborns or accompanied by serious diseases. (7) antibiotics were used 2 months before collection.
