Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 50 and 80 years old; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral small vessel disease; 3) MRI results meet the changing characteristics of LA, and patients with moderate or severe leukoaraiosis (Fazekas grade 2-3) are the subjects of study; 4) Check cooperation; 5) Those who signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of neurological diseases (such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease), history of psychosis, history of drug and alcohol dependence, carbon monoxide poisoning, and other organic diseases that can cause cognitive decline; 2) White matter lesions caused by diseases of immune diseases, inflammation, tumors, poisoning, and closed brain damage; 3) Angiography confirmed the presence of large blood vessel stenosis in the skull; 4) Allergic to allergies or ginkgo diterpene lactone; 5) Those with serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic diseases and thyroid diseases; 6) Can not perform head MR.
