Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: a. Lung cancer patients with disease behavior symptom cluster : 1. 18 years old < age < 70 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with lung cancer by pathology and CT for the first time, and patients who received chemotherapy for the first time. 3. Having a certain cognitive and language skills to accurately describe their own symptoms and psychological feelings. 4. Willing to cooperate. b. Chronic non-cancer lung disease patients with disease behavior symptom cluster: 1. 18 years old < age < 70 years; 2. Clinically diagnosed as chronic non-cancer lung disease, such as COPD, bronchial asthma, etc. 3. Having a certain cognitive and language skills to accurately describe their own symptoms and psychological feelings. 4. Willing to cooperate. Control group: 1. 18 years old < age < 70 years old; 2. Clinically confirmed healthy people, including participants in hospital outpatient or physical examination centers; 3. Willing to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experimental group: a. Lung cancer patients with disease behavior symptom cluster: 1. Combined with other malignant tumors. 2. Cognitive dysfunction. 3. The condition is heavy or unstable. b. Chronic non-cancer lung disease patients with disease behavior symptom cluster: 1. Combined with other chronic or acute inflammatory diseases. 2. Cognitive dysfunction. 3. The condition is heavy or unstable. Control group: 1. The family members of the study subjects.
