Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible patients with histologically or cytologically confirmed NSCLC, classified as unresectable stage III (according to American Joint Committee on Cancer [AJCC; 6th edition]). Patients must previously untreated, with no prior thoracic radiation or chemotherapy. The age of enrolled patients ranged between 18-75 years old. The Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status (PS) of the patient was 0–1, weight loss was less than 10%, and the expected survival time was more than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients had another malignant tumor history that had been clinically cured in 5 years Patients who were pregnant, breastfeeding, had severe lung and heart diseases that affected lung function, and could not endure concurrent chemotherapy assessed by a medical oncologist due to medical reasons.
