Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) male or female, age 0-18; b) genetic testing and laboratory diagnosis of cellular immunodeficiency, clinical and endoscopic diagnosis of IBD; c) stable vital signs; d) The parent or guardian of the child understands the purpose of the study and signs a written informed letter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) allergic to itraconazole; b) ventricular dysfunction with or with history of congestive heart failure (CHF); or organ failure such as heart, liver and kidney; c) active tuberculosis and malignant tumors; d) has participated in other project studies, or those who the researcher believes are not suitable for inclusion.
