Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal controls: 1) age, gender and the proportion of patients in the experimental group are the same; 2) menstruation, past medical history, family history and other basic information; 3) all physical examination indicators are normal; 4) there are no other gynecological diseases, chronic diseases and metabolic diseases such as diabetes; 5) there are no family genetic diseases and infectious diseases. Patients with common diseases of endometrium: 1) have detailed and complete medical record information such as menstruation, past medical history and family medical history; 2) all patients have been confirmed by clinical pathology and histomorphology; 3) have not been treated before operation, such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, oral medication, etc.; 4) have no other gynecological diseases, reproductive system infection, malignant diseases, chronic diseases and Metabolic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) identifying known congenital diseases; 2) history of uterine operation (except caesarean section or cervical conization), endometrial resection or uterine artery embolization; 3) ovarian cyst and other gynecological diseases and other hormone related tumors measured by ultrasound; 4) metabolic diseases and major stress reactions with serious complications and other heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain, nerve and spirit diseases; 5) acute symptoms in the past month, such as fever, cough, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.; application of special drugs in the past month, such as antibiotics, hormones, etc; 6) alcoholics, drug addicts, long-term use of proton pump inhibitors, hormones or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 7) suffer from hematological diseases, including various leukaemia, anemia, etc; 8) pregnant, lactating or women who cannot exclude the possibility of pregnancy; 9) other conditions that the researcher thinks are not suitable for participating in the study.
