Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Ulnar pain of wrist joint, ineffective conservative treatment; (2) Positive variation of ulna exists in standard X-ray film and stress position film; (3) MRI showed cortical injury or cystic changes of the lunate bone, TFCC wear, rupture of the lunate ligament, etc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Elderly, obese, smoking and diabetic patients; (2) Immunosuppressant users; (3) Osteoarthritis of the distal ulnar joint; (4) Serious deformity of wrist or forearm; (5) Refuse to use absorbable internal fixation.
