Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient is the first stroke; 2. The lesion is in the left hemisphere; 3. Only aphasia (patient has no motor dysfunction or other disorders); 4. Aphasia is diagnosed based on the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants are excluded due to any neurological or psychiatric disease, a history of head injury or substance abuse.
