Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS): ARDS patients, met the 2012 Berlin diagnostic criteria and underwent invasive mechanical ventilation, agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): COPD patients, met the 2019 GOLD diagnostic criteria, stage I to IV, age 55 to 75 years, and FEV1 >= 40% predicted, agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent. Interstitial lung disease (ILD): IPF, SSc-ILD, PM/DM-ILD, and CTD-ILD patients, met the 2018 guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of the clinical practice of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and the consensus for the diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung disease associated with connective tissue disease in Chinese, agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent. Lung Reduction: Lung reduction patients, undergoing pneumonectomy, agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent. Asthma: Mild, moderate, and severe non-exacerbation asthma patients, met 2019 GINA diagnostic criteria, agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent. Bronchiectasis: Bronchiectasis patients, met the 2012 consensus for adult bronchiectasis, agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute respiratory distress syndrome: 1. Less than 18 years old; 2. Pregnancy; 3. Cardiac failure, or heart pacemaker insertion; 4. Pneumothorax. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: 1. Requiring oxygen therapy; 2. Pregnancy; 3. Spirometry failure; 4. Pneumothorax; 5. X-ray failure; 6. Lift arms to 90 degrees failure. Interstitial lung disease: 1. Requiring oxygen therapy; 2. Pregnancy; 3. Spirometry failure; 4. X-ray failure; 5. Lift arms to 90 degrees failure; 6. With pulmonary infection; 7. With pulmonary edema; 8. With alveolar hemorrhage; 9. With tumor. Lung Reduction: 1. Requiring oxygen therapy; 2. Pregnancy; 3. Spirometry failure; 4. X-ray failure; 5. Lift arms to 90 degrees failure. Asthma: 1. Exacerbation; 2. Comorbid with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, pneumonia, obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, malignant tumors, and other respiratory diseases; 3. Comorbid with various acute and chronic respiratory failure; 4. Comorbid with cardiovascular disease. Bronchiectasis: 1. Less than 18 years old or greater than 75 years old; 2. Pregnancy; 3. Traction fibrosis caused by pulmonary fibrosis, compensatory bronchodilation caused by surgery, or cystic fibrosis.
