Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 13-24, Han nationality, right-handed. 2. Two psychiatrists with intermediate or higher professional titles were assessed to meet the Diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (dsm-v).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite organic diseases, including diseases of cardiovascular system, nervous system, digestive system, musculoskeletal system and endocrine system; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of any other dsm-v clinical mental disorders or have a family history of mental disorders; 3. Patients dependent on alcohol or other psychoactive substances or pregnant; 4. People who are illiterate or have a low Intelligence Quotient (IQ) score of less than 70, unable to understand and sign a written informed consent; 5. Those who do not meet the requirements of MRI examination but have metal implants or residues in their bodies, such as heart pacemaker installation, artificial femoral head, steel nail implantation after fracture, metal dental implant, etc.; 6. Parents divorced, or one of the parents died, did not live with the parents or were unable to participate in the study; 7. Suffered severe head shock within the previous 24 hours; 8. Unwilling to participate in the study.
