18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of rotator cuff injury; (2) being in an irritating state; (3) between the ages of 18-75 years; (4) Patients who voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The tear width of the rotator cuff injury is >1.2 cm; (2) The diameter of the calcification of the rotator cuff injury is >0.8 cm; (3) Patients with rotator cuff muscle abdomen and atrophy of more than 50%; (4) History of shoulder fractures and/or shoulder surgery; (5) Significant loss of passive movement of the shoulder; (6) MRI scan contraindications; (7) cervical radiculopathy; (8) Corticosteroids were injected within the last 8 weeks.
