Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as unilateral simple knee osteoarthritis, no serious joint deformity, abnormal limb line, and abnormal ligament injury around the knee; 2. Between 50-75 years old; 3. After examination by a physician, one of the lateral femoral muscle, the tibialis anterior muscle, and the gastrocnemius muscle is found to be a pathological tight muscle.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of hormones, combined with tumors or systemic metabolic diseases; 2. Refusal to cooperate, including failure to adhere to treatment, examination, follow-up or gave himself other treatments; 3. Suspected of a systemic or local infection; 4.
