Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the 2003 International Working Group MCI diagnostic criteria, it mainly includes the following four points: 1. Insider of the patient, or an experienced clinician reports cognitive impairment; 2. There is objective evidence of damage to one or more cognitive domains (from cognitive tests); 3. Complex instrumental daily abilities can be slightly damaged, but maintain independent daily living ability; 4. The diagnosis of dementia has not yet been reached.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertensive patients with uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure greater than 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100mmHg); 2. Have a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 3. Have a history of mental illness (such as personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc.), or have severe aphasia and audio-visual disorders, or severe organ failure, history of myocardial infarction, history of coronary heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders and other contraindications; 4. Cognitive impairment caused by depression, that is, the old age depression scale (ODS) >= l1; 5. People with cognitive impairment caused by drugs or poisoning; 6. are participating in other clinical trials that influence the evaluation of the results of this study.
