Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nonalcoholic Fatty liver Disease (2018 Update) and the 2017 American "The Diagnosis and Management of Nonacoholic Fatty Liver Disease: Practice Guidance from the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease" diagnostic criteria: 1) liver ultrasound and or Fibroscan detection were diagnosed as fatty liver; 2) the patients did not drink alcohol or had no history of excessive drinking; 3) there was no use of ethylamine iodofuran, methotrexate, tamoxifen, glucocorticoid and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We Excluded hepatitis C virus infection, hepatolenticular degeneration, autoimmune hepatitis, celiac disease and other diseases
