Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-30 years old women (including 18 years old and 30 years old); 2. normal menstrual cycle in the past three months (28±7 days); 3. diagnosed according to the Clinical Guidelines for Primary Dysmenorrhea Primary dysmenorrhea; 4. according to the "Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Drugs in Traditional Chinese Medicine", the syndrome differentiation is cold and damp stagnation; 5. dysmenorrhea VAS (pain visual analogue scale) score is greater than 40mm; 6. agreed to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with history of childbirth or abortion; 2. combined with cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic Systematic and other life-threatening primary diseases as well as mental patients, gastric ulcer active period and asthma patients; 3. personnel who may not be completed, compliant or unsuitable for research by the researcher; 4. uncontrollable mental illness diagnosed; 5. Pregnancy intentions during the trial; 6. previous three weeks or receiving other treatment for primary dysmenorrhea; 7. taking drugs that affect the central nervous system, autonomic nerves and cardiovascular system such as atropine within 1 week before the test Stability, neostigmine, digitalis, propranolol, etc.; 8. acupuncture fear.
