18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In the last year, the ankle joint was repeatedly sprained 2 times or more; (2) The last ankle sprain distance study was >1 month, and the ankle joint was out of control during functional activities; (3) The ankle joint function evaluation questionnaire (AJ-FAT) score <= 26 points; (4) The results of the ankle joint front drawer test and the talus tilt test are negative; (5) Voluntary and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There is ankle pain at rest; (2) allergic to intramuscular effect; (3) Medical contraindications for physical activity (such as cardiovascular disease); (4) Insufficient intervention due to personal or other reasons; (5) history of fractures or surgery in the lower extremities.
