Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1-13 years; 2. Hypertrophic scar was diagnosed by at least 3 physicians; 3. Hypertrophic scar area should be at least 6cm2; 4. Within 18 months of trauma or burn; 5. Skin type III/IV; 6. No glucocorticoid injection, other laser therapy and other invasive treatments have been given in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspect the possibility of keloid, or a history of keloid, or a family history of keloid; 2. Severe skin diseases, such as psoriasis, scleroderma, etc.; 3. Have hypoglycemia, anemia or autoimmune disease; 4. With clinical manifestations of obvious or unstable systemic disease, based on May cause interference to the results of safety indicators shall be excluded, including malignant tumors, is difficult to control high blood pressure, diabetes, is difficult to control instability and organic pneumonia, kidney or liver disease, unstable myocardial ischemic diseases, expansionary myocardial disease, cardiac conduction disorders or instability of cardiovascular disease, etc..
