Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged over 18 years; 2. pressure injury classification: stage III, IV and suspected deep tissue injury. Stage III: Full thickness tissue loss. Subcutaneous fat may be visible but bone, tendon or muscle are not exposed. Stage IV: Full thickness tissue loss with exposed bone, tendon or muscle. Slough or eschar may be present on some parts of the wound bed. Often include undermining and tunneling. Suspected deep tissue injury: Purple or maroon localized area of discolored intact skin or blood-filled blister due to damage of underlying soft tissue from pressure and/or shear. The area may be preceded by tissue that is painful, firm, mushy, boggy, warmer or cooler as compared to adjacent tissue.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pressure injury with osteomyelitis; 2. acute infectious disease with premonitory symptoms; 3. hematological system diseases; 4. allergic constitution; 5. severe heart, liver, kidney or lung function failure; 6. immune disease; 7. pregnant or lactating women; 8. medication history on antiplatelet agents or anticoagulants within 1 week or long-term history; 9. poor compliance.
