Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 in line with MCI diagnostic criteria; 2 aged >= 60 years; 3 informed consent, volunteer to participate. Those who meet the above criteria can be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertensive patients with uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure greater than 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100mmHg); 2. have a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 3. have a history of mental illness (such as personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc.), or have severe aphasia and audio-visual disorders, or severe organ failure, history of myocardial infarction, history of coronary heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders and other contraindications; 4. cognitive impairment caused by depression, that is, the old age depression scale (ODS) >= l1; 5. people with cognitive impairment caused by drugs or poisoning; 6. are participating in other clinical trials that influence the evaluation of the results of this study.
