Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first time of onset, damage of blood supply area of unilateral middle cerebral artery (including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral embolism); 2. stroke occurred for 1-6 months; 3. Upper limb had no or only a little active movement ability of shoulder and elbow joint extension (Brunnstrom <= grade 4); 4. Aged 18 to 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with other nervous system diseases, especially epilepsy; 2. patients with obvious cognitive impairment (MMES < 21); 3. patients with obvious speech dysfunction, unilateral neglect, mental disorder, unable to cooperate; 4. patients with upper limb spasm, Ashworth scale of shoulder, elbow or wrist hand of the affected limb is greater than level 2; 5. patients with obvious skull defect; 6. patients with metal foreign bodies, cardiac pacemakers or claustrophobia, etc Those who can have MRI examination; 7. heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ function decline or failure; 8. I or my family members have a history of epilepsy.
