Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke, stable condition, clear consciousness, stable vital signs. 2. The first stroke occurred, the course of disease <= 1 month. 3. Unilateral hemiplegia, hemiplegic upper limbs, hands, lower limbs Brunnstrom stage <= III. 4. No seat balance or seat balance I level, no standing balance. 5. The patient or legal guardian agrees and has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Asymptomatic lacunar infarction, transient cerebral ischemia and reversible stroke. 2. Combined with severe cognitive or dysfunctional dysfunctions, or serious mental disorders such as anxiety and depression, and normal intervention or assessment is not possible. 3. Combined with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine system and hematopoietic system. 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Who are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
