18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-55 years; ASA grade I or II; BMI: 18-25; sign the informed consent of anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postpone the operation; those who have organ dysfunction such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; those who have neuromuscular diseases; those who use other drugs that affect the metabolism of rocuronium before operation; those who may have difficulty in ventilation and intubation of face mask; those who are allergic to experimental drugs or who are suspected of having a family history of malignant hyperthermia.
