Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The wearing of soft contact lenses is stopped for more than 2 weeks and the wearing of hard contact lenses is stopped for more than 1 month; 3. The thickness of the central cornea is more than 500 µ m; the subjective refractive index is less than - 10.00d and the columnar index is 0.00-3.00d; 4. The refractive index is stable for more than 2 years; the non-contact intraocular pressure measurement is less than 21mmhg; 5. The main complaints are as follows: Dry eye symptoms, osdi score of total symptoms of each eye >= 13 points or speed score >= 6 points ; 6. Palpebral margin change: normal or mild congestion, with fat cap formation; palpebral margin becomes blunt, thickened, with palpebral gland mouth obstruction and bulge; 7. Palpebral gland compression test: lipid secretion score of 15 lower eyelid gland glands of no eye( Mgyls = 12 points (range 0-45 points); 8. Lipid layer thickness <= 60 µ m; 9. Meibomian gland imaging: lower meibomian gland loss <= 30% ~ 50%;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Corneal pannus, corneal nebual or obvious pannus; 2. Corneal topography abnormality, suspected or confirmed keratoconus; 3. Eyelid deformity, such as entropion and trichiasis, ectropion, moderate and severe ptosis, and incomplete closure of eyelid; 4. Lack of watery dry eyes; 5. Active ocular surface, eyelid margin infection or inflammatory reaction; 6. 3 months of chronic , history of recurrent ocular inflammation; 7. 3-month history of ocular surgery, ocular trauma; 8. Systemic diseases, such as diabetes, autoimmune diseases; 9. Mental diseases, such as anxiety, depression.
